Day-to-day production is run on the larger, quicker Penta Fiber Swing Laser and prototypes and low-volume specials run on the 4kw machine.  This allows us to assist with customers’ prototype work or low-volume requirements, but not have any detrimental effects on day-to-day production requirements.

Our machines can cut the following materials and thicknesses:-

• Aluminium up to and including 12mm

• Stainless steel up to and including 15mm

• Mild steel up to and including 20mm

To ensure these machines are able to run consistently, we also have our own Nitrogen Regeneration Plant, to ensure a sufficient gas supply is always on hand.
